Curriculum to Train Caregivers of Trafficking Survivors
Hands That Heal

Sex trafficking is a form of modern-day slavery in which people are oppressed and sold in the commercial sex industry. Holistic care is necessary for traumatized survivors to find healing from their abuse and to learn the skills needed to succeed in building a new life. World Hope International (WHI) is responding to this crisis. As a member of the Faith Alliance Against Slavery and Trafficking, WHI has help develop, Hands That Heal: International curriculum to Train Caregivers of Trafficking Survivors. This Christian curriculum trains global caregivers who are providers of aftercare for women, children, and men.

Many of these victims have been trafficked into the commercial sex industry. Hands that Heal is a tool that informs and inspires churches, communities, organizations, and individuals around the world. The Hands That Heal curriculum equips caregivers with the skills to transition survivors back into society with dignity. WHI wants to engage the Christian community in the battle against the injustice of human trafficking.
